Fly Delta App Reviews

After booking a flight via Expedia, I decided to check see if Delta had an App. I ended up learning about their SkyMiles program, signed up and now Ill be earning points for my flight! I can also use the app to easily generate my Itinerary and add it to my Calendar. Hopefully theyre update with Passbook support so I can save my boarding pass there.

The app is decent, but it would be a lot better with Passbook integration.

Pretty good, needs a few key improvements. 1) passbook, 2 months later... 2) if not 1, at least some caching/offline capabilities. Sometimes airport 4G fails you know, be cool if that didnt totally screw you tryin to show mobile boarding pass 3) Status tracking, more skymiles features 4) Flight history like on website 5) Sync up with your iphone calendar 6) Popups for gate and time changes

This app does everything you need it to do. Sure passbook support would be great but its not essential. If you fly with Delta this is a must have app.

Unable to log in without a PIN and PINs are no no longer supported by the Delta website! Otherwise, if you know the confirmation number for you trip, it could be somewhat useful, but crippled because of the inability to logging to you delta profile (see the PIN issue above).

Delta broke PIN access, my account is new and never had a pin. Id usually give a better review because the app seems generally useful, but I give 1 star on account that contacting Delta about the issue leads to a response about creating a password, which wont solve the issue, and any follow up yields the same response. The failure of customer service is very disappointing.

I created a Skymiles account today and went on to log in to the Delta app, only to learn that since theyve changed from PIN to password, newer account holders cannot log in to the app. I spent an hour on the phone to various customer service and IT people, only I be told that I am the first customer to complain about this issue and that they would look into it. Really?!?!?! They rolled out a change to password that renders the app obsolete?? The website people at Delta dont talk to the app people?

Would give this no stars if possible .Obsolete and irritating. Spent a half hour trying to set up a PIN. Just to find out they were phased out. With no passbook integration dont bother !!!

This app does not allow any international booking. USA booking only. In other words, the app is rather useless for international users.

This app is way better with the passbook integration update. Everything works In canada!

The old version was outdated, could not sign in with a password, just a pin, however the new update is a facelift and allows for many new features and choices.

With this new version, we cannot anymore use for trip outside of USA. We alway have a soap error on luggage step when you try to check. The older version was better with no error. Dont try this version you will lost your time.

App is crashing, this apps doesnt allow any international booking, same for Canadians.

It is will be more useful if it had international support.

Cant book a flight through the app because it crashes you right out when you try to choose between available options. Layout looks like it could be great. Too bad it doesnt work.

App is not useful to me, please work on the ability to be able to book multi-city flights

Cannot enter a postal code when updating my address. I selected Canada in the country field but it will only accept a numeric value. Also added my trusted traveller information but it doesnt use this information when I book a trip through a travel agency. You would think this information is linked to my delta profile. Still a decent app so far

Thought id give this app a tey and it was the easiest thing to navigate! Tells u everything from flight to departure and arrivals . For the dates and checking future flights. You can also track where you are if a family member or friend is flying you can see how far they have gone. Just awesome! Easier than any website. Should have an app like this for every airline!!!

Not very useful on the canadian Apple Store. Otherwise would be a wonderful app.

I truly like the app. Upgrade and seat info are very useful. Recent check-in problems prevent me from giving five stars
