Re: Decline in Efficiency and Convenience

I use this app bc of a desire to be efficient and bc I desire the convenience of it. Lately, if I change my seat number it does not reflect this in my boarding pass and more importantly my connecting flight boarding pass is just never available...gives some error message that its too close to the departure time to obtain. Last night, a guy actually pushed by me and I also dont appreciate Delta employees rolling their eyes at me like Im the one that is incompetent. Sure hope they fix/figure this out bc Im about over it. Thank you.
