Очередное приложение для планирования путешествий. Одним нравится одно - другим другое. Мне это не очень понравилось.

Приложение понравилось, только не хватает удобного бронирования отелей через него и Пассбук.

Don't love how the app guides you step-by-step through the check-in and upgrade process. While trying to add bags it kept sending me back to the beginning. Endless loop.

Not helpful

The so-called customer support wasn’t supportive.

Requieres iOS 17 but my phine has iOS15 I will not buy another phone for this app

Check in made simple

Adding just a tap to check in definitely helps the customer experience.

Boarding pass loads 60% of the time

Also, Customer service chat is so slow that waiting on hold to speak to someone for 30 minutes is still faster.

Horrible!

I travel frequently on several other airlines. This is my first experience with Delta in decades. This app is THE ABSOLUTE WORST of any airline app I’ve used, by a wide margin. I’m flabbergasted by all the positive reviews here. Unfortunately, their website is even worse.

Can’t get out of it’s own way

The app has so much extra stuff they don’t even recognize a global entry KTN give you TSA pre and they flood us on the app to take tsa pre and pay for it when it is free for global entry and I have Clear through delta I don’t need tsa pre

Quick and easy

App always allows me to get done what I need to get done particularly if I’m pressed for time. App usually always works and has no issues whatsoever.

Barely works, can’t retrieve boarding passes so the point of this app is what exactly???

Baggage fee confusion

My husband and I checked (and paid) for our two carryon sized bags. The agent at the bag checking desk told me that we did not have to pay for check on size luggage. So we waited in line for Agent Assist about 20 minutes to see if we could get our money back. That agent said the prior agent was wrong, we did have to pay but it was if we bought one a carry on size was free. It wasn’t until I walked away and thought about it, that I should have asked if I could get one refunded then. The bag check on information is confusing and misleading. We rarely fly Delta….this is probably why.

Rude Flight attendant

The attendant with big hips bumped me as she pushed the cart past. She leaned in and ask us if we wanted anything. She turned her back and tried to get her attention over the loud engine. I tapped her arm and she said" you dont have to touch me" what a rude tacky thing to say. It made me very uncomfortable.

Service

I’ve had multiple unresolved problems over the years with Delta. Including a terrible traveling experience, coming home from Hawaii and getting stuck in a trashy hotel Delta put us in and only getting a few hours of sleep. That’s just one of the multiple problems. In addition to that you’re loyalty program is terrible. The last thing that I really hate is when I need to switch one of my flights on a trip you take away my seat on the flight that I’m not even changing, which then I lose my upgrade.

Scam

Delta advertised free Wi-Fi and entertainment center system for each flyer. The day before we left they sent us an email saying there’s no Wi-Fi available. When we got on the plane, my wife’s entertainment system did not work. They also changed our connecting flight and instead of a two hour layover, we had a 4 1/2 hour layover. Then when I called to complain and make changes, they were rude and changed my flight, but . They are a bunch of scammers, and when I fly to Europe in two months, I will not be using him said they were unable to change my wife’s flight. They connected me to a customer service agent with an 86 minute wait. During that time I went online change my wife’s flight and found out that there was a $70 credit due. Delta never gave me the $70 credit when I changed

Can’t Change Flight

Keep getting all the way to check out, just keeps giving error messages no matter what payment type I selected or whether it’s on an APP my phone or desktop.

Better not have a flight credit

Better not have a flight credit or a buddy pass because you are not gonna be able to use this app if you do. Plus, the price is gonna skyrocket if you try to use any type of credits for buddy passes.

Hard to Use App

I find Delta’s app slow and often glitchy. Right now, I cannot upload the picture of my passport. I shouldn’t have to because I uploaded a photos early this week. But alas, not there for when I want to check in. Also, I cannot add my dietary preference to my profile so it automatically updates when I book a flight. Just annoying. I have to make the change for each flight. Other airline apps have this convenience.

100 year anniversary

My first flight was top notch. Nice plane, great people, the works. My connecting flight was a different story. The plane felt so old that I think it was from the original set of planes that Delta created. You’ve made your money with it people now time to retire it.

Delta Doesn’t Care If You Suffer. Just Pay and Shut Up

Delta is the embodiment of corporate rot. I paid $2,000 for a transatlantic flight and spent 9 hours pinned in my seat like livestock while Delta staff stood by and did nothing. Their follow-up was even worse, a laughable 12,000 miles and a templated apology, as if my experience was some minor inconvenience and not a complete failure of service, ethics, and basic human decency. Delta does not value its passengers. It does not honor its policies. It does not care if you’re degraded, dismissed, or physically compromised as long as your credit card clears. This airline is hollowed out by greed and run by people who would rather gaslight a loyal customer than admit fault. If you fly Delta, understand this: you are nothing but revenue to them. Cancel your ticket. Cancel your account. They’ve earned every lost customer they get.

Best App EVER !!

Of all the airline apps that I have and airlines that I fly, this one is by far the best app for airlines they even send you notifications that will let you know that your bag is on the plane now that doesn't happen every time, but it is nice every now and then. I just checked in on a flight for tomorrow and everything happened with a couple clicks and it was done for both people.

Canceled flights

Spent over 24 hours in the ATL airport with absolutely no accommodation. My back got thrown out because of no sleep and having to lay down on the floor of the airport. Was not able to enjoy the remainder of my trip because I am in terrible pain. Do better Delta! I’ve been flying with you for years and have never seen you handle a situation this poorly. Very disappointing might have to find a new airline.

Check in on line is not easy

It was very difficult to check In on line both ways and it is difficult to have to wait until you get to the airport to get seats assigned if you don’t pay for them in advance. Check In is different than any other airline and not in a good way. Flight was good.

How does a company as big as delta have one of the worst apps to exist

This app refuses to let me purchase tickets. It freezes whenever I try to check out 99% of the time. Many more issues that I’m too lazy to explain
