Good but when selecting or upgrading seats, an error occurres with the state/province. Says invalid! But good app all in all

I got it after checking in on my flight then wouldnt let me open my boarding pass on it case id already had a print. That sucked cause I wanted to just have boarding passes on my phone instead of three different ones for my flights. So basically all it was good for was checking my flight numbers. I still had to use the airport boards to find gates because the app didnt even update what gate I was to go to.

There are no zero stars, but thats what I would rate it. First, it doesnt seem to work in airports. You cant get updates on gates or flight times. Second, it logs you out continually, which is annoying. Third, if you want to check into a flight on a partner air line you are out of luck. It sends a check in notification, but does not allow it. There is a lot of things this app could do - update flight info, let you know about delays and connecting flights. This app does none of these which is aggravating. You are better off to stick with the board at the airport if you want current information about your flight.

Cannot even enter ticket info when looking for booked flights - only first and last name. I cant believe Delta would permit such a piece of trash to be published. What a bunch of airheads.

The app feels like one giant ad. A huge portion of the app is devoted to upwelling you on upgrades, extra miles, wifi, etc. Compared to the apps from other airlines - e.g. Alaska Airlines or Air Canada - which show you all the important information without distracting you with moving ads.

I guess this app needs a major revision. Lots of errors with passport/personal infos and always not allowing you to check in as it always displays some errors that are not even there. I could say this app is a crap so as the airline itself...

This app does not let me pay with my Canadian credit card as in the billing address field there is only on option - usa

This version not working for me. Can only sign in as guest. When sign in as skymiles member, the app crashes.

App has nice features, but the most important one, showing itinerary and status for my flights asks to find your trip by confirmation #, credit/debit card, or ticket #, yet doesnt let you enter a value! Tapping in the search field brings up the three choices you can search by, but no keyboard to type in a value or even access to the field itself. Can only guess this is an iPhone 5s bug in the app. Disappointing! Tried adding my trip via the website which worked, but the trip still isnt showing up when I go to My Trips in the app.

Truly wish that boarding passes in the app or in passbook would update when gates/seats change. Also seat map still does not work for me in this version

Your app is fine, but Im rating you one star because you seem to be the only major airline that objects to participating in Award Wallet #fail #oneworldinstead

I can check in for my flight but keep getting stupid errors when trying to upgrade my seat. Very frustrating!

This app is missing two key features: - Touch ID login - Support for iPhone 6/6+ screen resolution ...until then, this app doesnt deserve more than 2 stars.

App does everything I need it to. From choosing my seats, checking in, checking flight status, boarding notifications, showing countdowns until check in, its all so great!! App works smoothly and is easy to navigate.

The app is garbage just like the air company itself. Apple passbook does it better in all regards

This app could be amazing with the option it give me and the reminder. But almost crashing at each check in I want to do. So cant save time at airport (error 99)

Totally useless App... difficult to use. Most fields unusable. Couldnt even look up my flight. Dont bother!

I go to this at least monthly to book work and fun flights. Easy to use - way better than westjet or air canada. Great features. Love it!
