Since I updated the app, I can not locate my flight because the keyboard never appears to enter the numbers or letters for the confirmation,ticket, or credit card.

It seems that about had the reviews for this app are positive, so it must work for some people. However on our departing flight it would let me select my birth date. On our return flight it let me input our info but then gave an error saying that the service wasnt available currently (-99). Bummer.

I noticed that my MQM totals were off! Had roll overs of about 8000 and 3 trips so far at about 5000. Yet my tracking bar shows only 11000. Should be at 13797. Perhaps the latest Skymiles Program "enhancements" have take effect. Now they are subtracting MQMs.

Cant get a boarding pass without navigating "default" upgrades. Worse than timeshare tele-marketers.

Routine kicks me out of the app when working as guest. Then the confirmation code feature does not work. Ended up logging on to my laptop to print out my boarding pass like a cave-man

Best airline app available. I fly weekly with delta and love this app.

Ive used this app in the past and since Sunday Ive been unable to load a boarding pass which means I have to get to the airport earlier :/

Its a waste of space on your phone!

I have an Apple iPhone 6s. I just downloaded the new 3.8.1 update to the app yesterday, and now the app unexpectedly closes every time I open it. I tried rebooting, and also tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and it keeps crashing.

I cannot even check in with this app. Error 99 And so I check in finally online (not via the useless app) and I cannot get my boarding pass on the app because the second flight is codeshare. Still a useless app. I wonder if the people who develop the app ever have to actually use it in a real-world experience.

Never had any issues with the app. I can book flights, select seats, check in and view my boarding pass without any issues. Also shows you the sky miles account details. Overall very happy with the app.

I love this ap, and use it about once a week. It set up so that you can easily locate the information you need.

The app never lets me get my pass. It always comes with an error. So I have to go and check in at the kiosk anyways. That totally destroys the purpose of the app for me.

Im trying to check in online with my trip thru this app but it doesnt work ! Every Time i finished the fill put and enter it crashed!!!

Occasionally works, just not when you need it to. Like the majority of anything that has to do with air travel, this too, is a major irritation and complete disappointment.

You cant use this app unless you already have a user name and password.

Im a fan of Delta Airlines. They have decent service for an American carrier and actually care a little bit about customer service. Their app, however, leaves a lot to be desired. It is non-native for many features, which means youre waiting for a website to load in the background. This always leaves a buggy experience. The screen layout and resolution still isnt optimized for newer phones. There is missing functionality that other airline apps have had for a while. Why doesnt the boarding pass update when changes occur post check-in? I have to get an updated piece of paper at the gate after I scan my old boarding pass? How archaic. The user experience leaves a lot to be desired as well. Too many clicks and taps to navigate. The app doesnt seem like it was put through much user testing. Delta would do well to pay more attention and resources to this area of their customer service. People are likely these days to use the app exclusively, so by not having a well-designed offering, they risk losing business.

This app is more for buying tickets than for helping the user once they have the ticket. The app doesnt remember information, is difficult to navigate, lost all my boarding information and then couldnt find it again, and is missing helpful information like airport maps and easy to find gate information. Any time the user wants to get flight status on their flight everything needs to be retyped in even with your information up. Uniteds app is way more helpful and useful.

The app is OK but the apple watch app is a dud. Takes forever to load, sometimes never loads. It shows the time my next flight leaves but not the date!!!?!!
