This app listed the wrong gate in the boarding pass, causing us to nearly miss a flight.

Add it back, please.

Simply does not work in ios9.3. Simply does not work. Please Delta developers fix this application it is shamefully bad!

Used other airline apps and this one is non-functional. No place to type in your confirmation number to add a flight to check in from the app. Just a drop down to select confirmation number, credit card number, or ticket number. After selecting it no keyboard pops to let you add any info. Luckily I can still use my phone and Apple Watch to keep my boarding passes by texting them to me from delta.com.

The online check in did not work for my international flight because it would not let me input my passport info. The automatic scan feature did not work and the automatic emergency contact info import did not work either. Heres a piece of advice from someone that works in the mobile industry: dont put features in your app unless they work.

Somewhere there was an update that killed the functionality. I cannot log into the app unless Im on wifi. And once I exit the app, I keep having to select my user name and type my password every time.

too aggressive with locking out after failed password attempts. makes you call after 3 fails and you get dumped into a general help line. after waiting on hold for a few minutes I hung up and am typing this review. pain to use.

Dear delta, The seat selection screen disappears after 2 seconds of opening. With all the extra money you are making on the fuel surcharge fee that you are still charging, thank you for putting it towards delivering better and more robust products. Every time i make a special effort to find alternatives to your unforgettable service.

A very good app, but missing (as is the website) the ability to add a lap-child. Having to call customer service instead of having this feature on the app is a drag. Otherwise, a very pleasant buying experience.

I fly Delta because of this app –with it, Im able to buy my flight ticket while in line for the security screening and have a ticket available on my device by the time I have to show it to the officer.

Latest update breaks the Flight Notifications link under More->Flight Status. Have to tap it several dozen times before it responds and allows you to request a Flight Notification.

Ive never had an issue with the Delta app before. I use it regularly to book flights and check-in. Today Ive tried to both check-in and received repeated error messages. In addition, every time I open the app it says I havent checked in, but I have several times. Not sure if this has anything to do with the update.

It still crashes!!!! Ive deleted and reinstalled, no change!

The seat map is incorrect. 24 seats in FC on MD90s and 14 on CRJ900s. Bag search started working again. Miles and segments credited on time but only to the flight data my actual MQMs and Segments took 24 hours to show on my personal totals.

Make an employee non-rev section for check in and boarding passes please. Also allow us to use this even when we do not have an assigned seat. Please make sure seats are updated on overview screen and boarding pass screen.

Its been over a year and this app has still not adapted to the new screen sizes. Pathetic.

Bug in seat selection where wrong type of aircraft is named (it names the first type of aircraft you are on for your entire trip). Also, what happened to being able to view the upgrade/standby list once you are already upgraded?

Access to seating info is not easy to find

Since version 3.8.1 some lucky folks have the bug in seating Selections on multiple leg trips The aircraft of the first leg is stuck for all legs. The map is right. Its just the type of aircraft that is on the top of the seat map page of the app Minor bug sorta funny if show a regional jet going from Atlanta to Lima non stop. Reported to delta. UPDATE 8 Apr Deleted app and reinstalled and "fix" the aircraft seat map description issue.

Does what it needs to do. Easy to find flights and use for boarding pass. Like the feature to search multi city now. Always been something that was needed for business travel
