1.) Not uploading and presenting the gate location when determined or announced by Delta. Previously, upon landing I could see what gate we were to park at and which gate my connecting flight is departing from. This stopped working after last update. 2.) If you put in airplane mode but forget to activate wifi and the try and logon the application will go back to ZERO and require re-logging in with password. If connectivity is sparse then it’s easy to get locked out permanently due to ‘too many attempts’. The app shouldn’t lock you out when due to connectivity problems.

Crap app: it never checks me in despite saving all of my data. Worthless "book a flight" where it appears features available on the SMH have been deliberately disabled to increase your spend. I never thought I would say this, but its time to regulate airlines business practices more closely. Dishonest fee practices, nickel and diming - the list goes on well past crap apps.

It was always reliable and very rarely crashed. However now I cant see upcoming trips, I cant access my boarding passes while on trips and there is no gate information. It is actually useless now. I have even removed it and reinstalled it.

This app use to be great. For some reason now every time I log in it shuts down. Tried restarting my phone, everything. This app is useless now.

All I want to do is confirm that I have a flight reservation in the system which is a basic function your app should perform, but no thats asking to much. Under my trips it ask for a name and a confirmation, credit card number, or ticket number but it wont let you enter any data in the field you select. Needs to be fixed or app is useless. Used to work with no problem but no longer.

Not sure if there was a problem with a recent update but I use the app primarily for check in, and for boarding pass, as well as managing my account and keeping up with upcoming trips I am a regular business traveler and the electronic boarding docs and gate info is critical info In the last few months that critical data has become less and less reliable, with the boarding pass saying one gate, and the click through to detail saying something different. How can your app be aware of the right information but display two completely different things in two places within the app one click away from each other?!? Several times in the last few months it has meant a sprint from the wrong hate to the right one. Other occasions show no gate info at all when the web did, and less than 30minutes from boarding. Data integrity is critical for an app like this. Get it together Delta.

When logged in you should not have to add a confirmation number, ticket number or of all things a credit card number to pull up your ticket.

If I dont put my boarding pass in my Apple wallet (when it finally loads) I would be up a creek every time I go through security (which for me is once a week). "Verifying check in status" just loops and loops to the point that I have constantly reboot my dern phone just to start the whole painfully slow attempt to check all over again.

It happens quite frequently that the app wont check you all the way when there is a connection. Instead you have to go to the skyclub and check in for the connection. To make matters worse, when this happens, if you click boarding pass for connection it brings up an older boarding pass, not related to the current itinerary. Delta does not provide any information for how to submit bug reports. Tried calling the number under "delta.com and app support" but they werent able to help and didnt know what a "bug report" is.

I like this app overall. One of the features I loved was the ability to upgrade seats from the app. Since I mostly travel for work, they always buy the cheap seats and I upgrade on my own. I have been unable to do this the last several times Ive booked. Please fix this!!!

90% of the time fails with something. Either the app just simple dont open, or not show the current flight, or tells you that you have to see an agent, or something happens. "Is horrible", I simply dont see the use if 90% of the time, something is going to happen. DONT USE IT!!!

Trying to book several tickets on same roundtrip flight using the Delta app. Allows me to input all traveler information, then tells me, "Sorry, there is a problem. Try again later." Happened multiple times on different days. Screw it, flying United, their app books flights just fine.

I cant believe that delta not providing boarding pass without seat allocation. Its wasting time

I’ll begin with a caveat: I’m a very new (just a few weeks) smartphone user, so I have no experience with other airline apps and cannot compare this one with them. That said, I love this app. I just took my first trip (two flights each way) using this app, and it was lovely. Having bought my ticket months ago from Delta’s web site, I downloaded this app to my new iPhone SE, in preparation for the trip. Once logged in to the app, it knew my trip detains. When I got the email telling me it was time to check in for my flight, I opened the app, and followed the easy prompts to check in and download my boarding pass to the app. Everything worked flawlessly. One thing I especially liked is the bag tracker. A big source of stress for me when I travel is not knowing if my bags made it onto the plane. Once I was on the plane and before they closed the cabin door and required phones to be in airplane mode, I was able to click on “bags” in the app, and see that my bags were on the plane. That alone made the app worthwhile. Also, I’ve often been unable to print my boarding passes at my hotel for my return flights, and with the app that becomes a non-issue. As noted above, I cannot compare this app to the apps from other airlines, but judging it in isolation, I love it. Also, I don’t anticipate needing to buy tickets from the app. I cannot imagine searching for flights on the small screen of a phone. I’ll use a computer or tablet for that. For me, an airline app is for use on travel day. And this one is very cool. Five stars.

I use this app bc of a desire to be efficient and bc I desire the convenience of it. Lately, if I change my seat number it does not reflect this in my boarding pass and more importantly my connecting flight boarding pass is just never available...gives some error message that its too close to the departure time to obtain. Last night, a guy actually pushed by me and I also dont appreciate Delta employees rolling their eyes at me like Im the one that is incompetent. Sure hope they fix/figure this out bc Im about over it. Thank you.

Wow this app is awful. Every time you click a button youre stuck at a loading screen for 30 seconds. The UI makes no sense. If youre in a hurry and trying to check in, write a letter in calligraphy and courier it to delta via carrier pigeon because that will be faster.
