Something happened with this version of app. My wife and I are flying together on the same reservation. The app now shows her seat assignments but not mine. I load the ticket number and it will shut my seat for about five minutes and then reverts to hers. it will not allow me to check in, but she can check in on her phone. Please fix this.

Why can I no longer add my tickets to my wallet in my phone. Please fix this. Its a simple things that plays a huge part in an everyday traveler.

I will give it 5 stars once the track my bags function works. It always says there is an error tracking the bags and asks to contact Delta via phone. Please fix!!!

The old version was not spectacular and the graphics were not as nice as the new one, but it worked. The new version does not allow you to add more than one boarding pass to your Wallet. That may work if you live in ATL, but it fails miserably if you have to make connections. In addition, you have no way to access drink vouchers if the plane does not have Wi-Fi. The only planes where I need the vouchers are the small ones without Wi-Fi.

Welcome to delta 4.0! Aka welcome to a terrible new version that works just as bad if not worse than the previous! Literally none of the features work 80% of the time. Total crap. Whoever is in charge of your iOS development. Fire them.

When I have checked in for the flight, the opportunity to get/change seat screen is blank. I have to then call Delta to get this fixed.

The calendar to select dates from only shows Sunday through Wednesday, making the app effectively useless. I like the app otherwise so hopefully this gets fixed in an update soon.

the app crashes and sends updates that are not accurate. when your flight is delayed it loses its mind and sends 6 notifications a minute. calling the app support folks at delta was an adventure in rudeness - gold medallion flyer

Adding pass to wallet for connecting flights fails consistently

The updates are nice except for one major bug. I can only add my first boarding pass to my wallet. I tried after checking in yesterday, this morning before my first flight and multiple times since that flight finished. This is a big issue because wifi and cellular connections are unreliable so you cant alway get your boarding pass via the app while boarding, but if its saved to wallet thats not an issue.

I updated app during my connection. I lost my boarding pass and it didnt even recognize that I even checked in. Just hold off a couple hours. I hope its just a bug that occurs if updating after check in. Ill find out in 24 hrs if the update has screwed up boarding passes in general. Otherwise this might be a good update. 4⭐️ for now, maybe 5 later

I use this app every week and really depend on it. With this update I find that Only one of two boarding passes will save to my wallet. The process of refreshing itinerary details was noticeably slow. It took over two minutes on a solid wifi connection. Still unable to add my second flight boarding pass to my wallet after closing & reopening the application. However, the app says its sorry, so, Ive got that going for me. This inability to save the second boarding pass has persisted for days.

The last version was better. This one, I will check in from the app. Add leg one to wallet. Leg two fails to add. Quitting the app, refreshing itinerary, log out back in fails to help. Then randomly several hours later it will add. Super frustrating.

I love this app. Fast and user friendly, meets customer s needs!

Current app version using iOS 10 still has problems logging in. After logging into the app, it will cycle close within 3 seconds of viewing the app. In the phone background (as an open page) when you double click on your iPhone home button, you can see the app showing "logging in" but once it is selected, again, it will close within 3 seconds. The iPad version seems to work with no issues. I have the iPhone 6S, 32G. The fix that was issued last week failed.

Very satisfied customer. Information easy to find. Pricing for perks and upgrades is simple. I have had great experiences completing my bookings. I love the app and Delta Airline!

Works ok, but always errors out when I try to add a second airline ticket to Wallet. Just gives a nondescript error every time, then Im forced to use the app rather than wallet to get on the plane.

After the last update the application will not allow the second ticket to be loaded. Any updated on when this will be fixed?

This update is pretty nice, but there are problems with adding boarding passes to Apple Wallet. Sometimes it gives an error when adding them. Sometimes if you try later it works. Also, the passes that make it into wallet dont live-update (seat/gate/group/etc). This version has been out for a while - time to get it fixed Delta!

Beautiful interface but so many bug fixes needed. Boarding passes wont load, check in doesnt go through, and boarding time/gate changes do not update.
